OUR SOLUTION
Olga’s Kitchen historically considered itself a gourmet soup and sandwich
specialty shop which competed against heavyweights like Panera Bread and Subway. Recognizing that we could win that battle with their national advertising budgets, we sought out an unfair advantage by creating a new category that Olga’s could own. Hence the birth of: “It’s Not a Sandwich It’s an Olga”.

THE RESULT
A digital marketing campaign drove over 800,000 impressions in the first two weeks and sales and covers increased by 8½% with a new TV campaign, by expanding their audience while reconnecting with their base we made the brand relevant again.
