Client did not leverage it’s portfolio size with 5 Chevy locations, and therefore didn’t maximize it’s market and media presence.

Our Solution

We positioned the five Feldman dealerships throughout Metro Detroit as one entity as Feldman Chevrolet, Michigan’s #1 Chevy Dealer, and shifted the media strategy away from micro cable markets to mainstream network television.

Help revitalize and reposition an iconic Michigan-based brand that has lost it’s identity.

Our Solution

Olga’s Kitchen historically considered itself a gourmet soup and sandwich specialty shop which competed against heavyweights like Panera Bread and Subway. Recognizing that we couldn’t win that battle with their national advertising budgets, we sought out an unfair advantage by creating a new category that Olga’s could own. Hence the birth of: “It’s Not a Sandwich It’s an Olga”.
